McClelland Arena. The ceremony seemed to have pumped up the squad as
they hammered the visiting Manitoulin Islanders by a score of 8 to
3. Despite the Islanders coming to Sudbury on a 2 game winning
streak, the celebration was short lived. The Jr Wolves scored three
goals in the first frame and never looked back. The goal scorers for
the Jr. Wolves were Brenden Biedermann and Jeffrey
Verreault with two Matt Chiupka, Jesse Graham,
Jessie Howg and Shane Neeley contributed with singles.

shots.
The scorers for the Islanders were Ryan Piche, Tyler
Corston-Moore and Kyle Gagnon. Billy Stone had the
net minding duties stopping 35 of 43 shots
